How to get into adnxs, appnexus ad-exchange program ?
Where I can send request ?

Hi,

Apnexus is not a program.
You need to pay for a seat in their exchange so you can run and manage campaigns and also buy from their marketplace.
As far as I know buying that seat is pretty expensive.

I am not sure about Adex tho...
