Appnext stats not refreshing?

I've been using Appnext to monetize for 2 days now. I just direct traffic to the Appwall page and get installs from people.
The first day my stats were updating by the hour (they're supposed to update every hour) but today my stats haven't changed at all . Now I know that my traffic is still flowing to the Appwall page because I've used shortened links everywhere to keep track. I've tested the links myself and they are pretty functional but my stats haven't refreshed from almost 8 hours now.This wait is getting hard to bear and I've contacted support and still haven't heard from them.
Anybody else having the same issues?

Same here. At first I also contacted them via Skype but they only said "there is no problem in our stats and still updated every hour."

Few days later I contacted them again but still.. no response until now.

Damn dude. I'd actually liked this network for their pay rates. Time to switch I guess. Am gonna try waiting till my ticket is replied to! :|

Of course, there can be problems from time to time, but overall there are no problems with our servers or the dashboard. At any case - if you feel something is wrong with the results/data/anything else - just ping me here or on Skype (yoni_raveh)
