applied to commission junction need help

Hi guys
I just applied to cj and as I have read here on bhw, that I will need to call them to make sure I am approved but after submitting the form I instantly got an email saying

thanks for signing up for a publisher account and was given my login details.

do I still need to call them at this point or that is it and I have been accepted?

what do I enter for tax information if I am outside the USA. I am in Canada, any thoughts on the tax issue?

please if u guys can assist me so I know what to do next.

I live in Bangladesh and what the hell is tax info how do I get it....

I was in the same situation and they helped me
