my channel that has organic views/watch hour only get review for about 2 days then approve. my other channel that i paid for watch hours (about 3k hours using smm) takes about 2 weeks before they reply and disapprove.

what the content of your channel and what the reply say

i did the same and got content reused .

what your smm site that you used and what type of views you paid for it

My content is unique, I recorded it myself

the channel that was disapprove have unique content, i record it myself while traveling, but their response for disapproving is same to you, Reused Content. which really confuse me.

I had only purchased 1k real subs and 4k high quality bot time.
I posted videos after that and I am having organic views, watchtime and subscribers.
I earned 30 subscribers since yesterday and I posted a video and it got 5 hours of watchtime and 120 views after 10 hours. (idk if it is bad)

What are the chances of getting approved?
 
It depends if you used reused Content or Content that doesnt respect the youtube monetization guidelines
