Application with CCBill declined

Hi BHW, first post here after reading hundreds as an unregistered

I've launched an undressing app that's doing pretty well. Unfortunately, it's hard to find payment gateway that accept this type of business.
Of course, Stripe and PayPal ban my accounts after a few weeks, which complicates things.

I've tried using CCBill payment gateway but they don't accept this type of business.
Is there a way around their prerequisites, for example by setting up an easy-to-implement front-end activity? Or is there a payment gateway that allows this type of business?
