Application to modify hashes and matadata of images

A while ago I found an application that modifies hash and matadata of images to advertise on Facebook and prevent it from tracking you, but I forgot the name of it, does anyone know any other application that does this?

Try md5 changer and batch purifier but since Faceboook makes use of perpetual hash only if you change more than 20% of the photo content it will work.
