Email or call one of the managers on skype just show you are passionate and explain how you will drive traffic.

It is very easy to get in. Simply be honest on your application. If you are new, tell them you are new and are working on learning as much as you can but you will respect their rules. Also message them on skype to speed up the process. Good luck!

Best thing to do is message them on Skype or ICQ. Btw, Eric is a nice person.
