Yeah, for testing purposes. Very common practice. Even though XP is not supported it still has a very large user base.
 
its quite funny, but i guess it doesn't matter if you are not online if you run XP still.

Theres much worse than that when you see it in use in organizations and computers that are Internet facing.
 
:P still love XP. I hate everything Apple stands for tbh. I've used both alot, I just like the freedom windows gives me :) Of course apple would use XP, you can DO stuff on it.
 
I run several copies of Windows on my iMac with Parallels.
 
Still Using Xp!! and runs fine until I Speedkill it :p
 
I miss XP to be honest. And after the lion, they are loosing quality on their OS.
