Apple Developers Account Issue

Hi guys If anyone made apple developers account recently you could have noticed it is asking to turn on the 2 factor authentication to continue making the account this change has been done recently once you turn on 2 factor authentication you cant turn it off which makes impossible to make multiple accounts using one device tried couple of cloud based emulators but they have blocked syncing to cloud.
Any other options you know or suggestions /help appreciated thanks

I don't have any suggestions.
But multiple developer accounts on one mac is not a good idea anymore, and why would you need it if apple reject all reskins and almost all normal apps using rule 4.3 - spam.
Or do you still can pass apple review with your apps? How?
