Bought domain 2 days ago. Did almost every possible SEO so as backlinks, but my site still isn't indexed by google. Finds out that domain I bought have been used for 4 years (2001-2004). Can that affect my site In any way? I can still find that site cached in archive.org and it was some kind of turnkey website.

Check if your website is set to noindex, nofollow.

Ping the sites. There are several ping tools available. You can use indexer option of SENukeX if you have the subscription. Either way, you can use Linklicious.

I have Linklicious premium. If you need I can add your URLs to my Linklicious.

2 days are a bit early to decide if there is a problem with the domain but there is possibility of domain being blacklisted for google's index. It has happened with me in the past.

Agreed that two days is a bit quick to expect results. We live in a microwave society, want to see rapid results, but these things take time.

Some things to check while you are waiting:
1 - if this is a wordpress site, make sure that under Privacy you have selected that you want the site to show up in search engines; that should be default option but sometimes gets accidentally turned off during development
2 - yeah check more what the previous content was, how the name was used, if you are on goog's naughty list for some reason; if so it can take years to work that off, she moves in mysterious ways
3 - maybe slow down a bit actually, see how things work themselves out, velocity and diversity of growth are important variables
