App suspended help

So i got a app suspended should i just create a new developer account and let the other one die? i don't want to risk a google ban since they follow you till the end of the earth or should i appeal and then create another developer account? it is legal to have multiple dev accounts?

Firstly, why was your app suspended. It was for a reason. Instead of thinking how to go around or sneak around the problem, why not fix your app issue? Then message them and link them to your new build and show them I have an update, here it is, if you could kindly re-activate my account.
For google to ban your app, your app should be pretty 'bad'. They hardly have the resources to check and approve apps and they let anything in - hence why no latest apps listing (but only by latest by top devs).
This ecosystem needs a clean up and I am for it. Just make sure you and others adhere to it.

I created a coronavirus app based on real time information to inform the users, i based it in already accepted corona virus apps, yet it was suspended due to "Sensitive Events policy" and there are a fuck ton of the sime kind of app in playstore, google is run by bots from head to toes, there's no one to talk to by email or other, i've tried to show proof and everything and i get the same bot response everytime, plenty of people game the system because there's no one to help them with their problems.

like @smetch said, just fix the issue. If your app violates policies and can't be fixed (which might be the case here) remove that app. Sure it sucks that you wasted your time developing it, but it wont get better by complaining about google. The policies are what they are, and just because some people got lucky and avoided them (until now that is), doesn't mean google shouldnt try their best to enforce the policies.

You need to see the updside of this:
Now you can focuse your energy on a new more longterm project, as its quite likely this one wouldve been banned sooner or later. Because it happened now, at least you didnt put in more work than you already did.

First of all, it's illegal for Google to have multiple dev accounts. New account will get banned if Google connects it with your previous one.

I make a lot of apps on different subjects and some of them get suspended. When the app gets suspended - always try to understand the reason for it and what can be done to remove the suspend. If this doesn't help, you'll have to register a new account with new hardware and new IP, and you must use a new credit card to pay for dev acc.

In the app you change the bundle name, maybe do a reskin and publish it on new account.
