A customer came to me asking for likes on his review but then on most of the account that i check with i see only helpful under the review but he sees this http://prntscr.com/qpkblq
is it the same?

I think in Appstore have is it helpful review.

In Google Play you can give thumbs up or down if review is helpful or not. Google will show most helpful reviews, those which have most thumbs up. More negative thumbs review has, it will be show lower in the review list.
