app/script to post as page to other page

I am looking for an app/script to post as a page (not person) to the wall of another page. and also to like the page from my page.

Personally I've never come across a script or bot that has this function. You may need to get something custom made. Shouldn't be to hard to get someone on Odesk or the like to do it.
