yes ofcourse, the service would increase the app ranking in App Store
Make this app user-friendly. Fix the problems, arrange some freebies. get more traffics with ads.

The best place would be BHW Marketplace, as this is something BHW users might be interested in.
I would suggest you to upgrade your account ( once you meet the requirements, because currently you don't ) and after that list your panel in marketplace.

Look at what's already on the market. There are now many major players who are willing to work on a freemium model. Double-check that your positioning and features are unique in some way, different. from the current market.
Regarding the announcement, I would recommend ProductHunt, but in the last year it has become much more difficult to take first place because they push their partners' projects there.
