App not searchable after release…

I released a new app yesterday, the app is not searchable for any keywords.

1. Anyone know how long does it take for app to be fully indexed/searchable for given keywords on GPlay?

2. Anyone know how long does it take for app to fully rank for those keywords (I want to change non-performing keywords and experiment with new ones..but have to have to decide the time I am giving every keywords series)

It can take up to several days or weeks for a new app to be fully indexed and searchable on Google Play, and it may take several weeks or even months for an app to fully rank for specific keywords. It may also never rank at all. If you think ranking is guaranteed, you're mistaken.
 
normal , it will start showing after 1 one to 3 weeks , Gplay also have somthing like sandbox for apps and games
 
You can get out of the sandbox quickly if you send massive number of installs to the new app

I didn't the test with fake users (I try to avoid it because you can get easily banned), I have tested sending from another app trough push notifications or buy cheap installs on FB from 3 tier countries.
