App install campaign (affiliate) with FB Ads

Hello,

I would like to promote mobile game apps (iOS / Android) with affiliate link through Facebook Ads. Anyone knows how to promote a mobile campaign (with affiliate link) through Facebook Ads?

As far as I know, I can't put affiliate links to Facebook directly for app install campaigns. Should I set up a landing page, where I promote my offer?

Also, where can I get CPI game offers that I could promote through FB Ads?

Ogads only offers a content locker. Try http://www.tapgerine.com/ , they have a huge selection of mobile offers with direct links which can be used for PPC etc.

I have an OGAds account. I'm not looking to promote incentive offers.
