Hi,
I have a fantastic yet simple idea that works will work with music suggestions and last.fm . I also have no clue how to code Facebook apps. Is there a drag and drop type app creator you can suggest for developing this?

I was thinking about building a GUI for Facebook apps sometime in the future, but yes as facebookdude said, they need to be coded.
