App affiliate source of traffic

Hello,
I have worked on App affiliate marketing, source of traffic is a problem, because all affiliate links is not direct to the store (app store or google play)

Adword is very good source but it doesn't accept the affiliate link
(destination and display link has to be the same)

Facebook app ads want you to be the owner, and will not accept links from affiliate networks (marked as a spam)

all pay per install networks want you to be the owner of the app

Any good method or tricks to overcome this problems and to generate 1 K installs per day

Native ads You can get a lot of conversions if you use a good native ad network to advertise and use the right targeting.

If he doesn't mind the notwork is foxvisits.

I mean come on, I know that people can drive 1-5 k installs per day for some app
And I'm ready to pay, but I can find a scalable source that allow for affiliate links
