My problem is that I don't have the money to pay back so much. All I can do is take some time and can I deliver an account when it's ready? I don't have the money to pay back.

@aplix, what would you like us to do here on your behalf?
 
Please close all his sales threads until he either provides me the account or refunds the payment. Give him a final 3-day deadline. If he fails to pay or deliver the account within that time, he should be suspended.

@TOMKORAN - you have 72 hours to make this right.
 
Look, if you fire me, you won't get your money back. And this is not a good solution. And you have to understand that you don't get many accounts like this even if you want them. Sometimes, these accounts disappear from the market. And it's not like I have this account, I'm not giving it to you. These old accounts are very rare these days. But I'm trying. Because I've been here for a long time, I'm not here to cheat.

My timeline for that refund has not changed.
 
Update: Only 1 day remains, and He still hasn’t made the payment or delivered the account.. It’s clear he has no intention of paying, so please proceed with suspending his account once the 24-hour period has passed.

I've handled a couple of these in the past... I know what to do if they do not take care of this.
 
Dispute Summary​

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.
