Please describe the reason for this Dispute in detail.
I contacted @cachecriminal on August 20, 2025 through BHW and later via Telegram (@cachecriminal) regarding the purchase of an AWS UK account (2022 aged) with 32 vCPUs.
• The seller confirmed immediate delivery (within 10–20 minutes after payment) and provided screenshots to build trust.
• We agreed on a price of $150 for the first account (reduced from $200).
• Payment was made on August 20, 2025 in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address provided by the seller.
• After payment, the seller repeatedly delayed delivery despite promising “immediate” delivery.

I followed up several times via Telegram between August 20 and August 25, 2025. The seller either ignored my messages or gave excuses but never delivered the AWS account.

As of today (August 25, 2025), the account has not been delivered. The seller has effectively scammed me after receiving payment.

Screenshots of our conversation and payment proof have been attached for verification.

I contacted cachecriminal on Aug 20, 2025, via BHW and Telegram about buying an AWS UK account (2022 aged, 32 vCPUs). He confirmed immediate delivery (10–20 mins), showed screenshots, and we agreed on $150 for the first account. I paid in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address he provided.

After payment, I repeatedly followed up through Telegram and BHW PMs, but he kept delaying and never delivered the account. On Aug 21, I gave him 24 hours to either provide the account or issue a refund, but he ignored my messages. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly, I received nothing.

What kind of outcome are you hoping for from this Dispute?
Immediate delivery of the AWS UK account (as agreed), or
A full refund of the payment made.
