APK Websites for Android?

I was going to ask this on another forum but maybe someone here will know the answer. My friend needs the free TomTom Go Mobile APK but I can't find it anywhere. I tried ACMarket and Aptoide but whenever I download the app I get a popup that this app can't connect to the internet or that I need a license. Does anyone know of any other place I could try?
