Hello

I want to start a apk site where people can download a app using my adfly link but how do i create a apk site??

I already bought a domain but i only need a template can someone help me?

Get an idea from similar sites in the niche. It shouldn't be too different from a regular software download site obviously optimized for mobile devices.

go to godaddy and buy domain and hosting.
they will provide wordpress tool to create website
you choose from many templates and create website by wordpress, its very simple with wordpress.

For instance here's a list of apk download sites: https://solutions.softonic.com/what-are-the-best-websites-to-download-android-apk-apps, some of them will have the name of the theme/code they use in the footer.
From that list here's the source code of Aptoide: https://github.com/Aptoide/aptoide-client-v8. You can make a 1:1 clone or modify it to your liking.

Hosting + WordPress is probably the easiest method. If you want to go lazy, upload in a file sharing website then lock it with your locker
