I built a wp blog using the Aperture theme from Woo. I built it on a sub-domain and then moved it to the clients hosting. I did the export wp post, categories etc. Set up wp on new host, uploaded Aperture theme, imported the post etc, Used find and replace to change all the url's. Copied the folder with all the images and ftp'd them to the new site, same folder, same everything. Opened up new site. Everything was there except the images. Double checked the path to the images. All seems correct, but no images show up.

The Aperture theme uses a custom folder to hold the images. They are in "wp-content/woo-custom/image.jpg" I moved the entire folder from the old site to the new. Used find and replace to change urls to new site. Still no images appear on front page. The images are linked to the related post. The alternative text appears with the correct text. If you right click the image and select properties the url to the image appears. If you follow that link the image will show. So it is my conclusion that the images are there and work when accessed directly. So why does it show up when directly accessed but won't show up on front page when using the exact same path to the image? I tried to reload the image through the aperture theme, but even when directly downloaded the image won't show up. If I put in image in the post itself, it shows in the post but not on the front page. (Featured slider, recent post, popular post)

I'm lost. Been working on this for 2 days and am about to give up. Can some one help? If you need further infro just let me know. Thanks!

I'm sorry I don't have an answer to your question (hopefully you've got it take care of by now), but was hoping since you've been using the theme for a while now you might be able to answer my question.

It seems that the slider just displays everything. Is there a way to choose which posts are put in the slider or a way to exclude posts from showing up there (without having to exclude the categories that are shown under the slider by using the exclude option in the aperture themes options)?

    Thanks,
