well, social media is a component of SEO in a way, but however. actually I started an facebook AD campaign for one of the services I manage and it works really great for me. Over 1k click in the first day, and 6 best packages sold. And to mention that it is a new service and one in a very specific niche.
so yeah, try fb ADs - it's cheap and kind of effective.
