Thanks for your valuable feedback. In some extent you are perfectly right. But what I found is , some of the apad models are very unstable and cheap which are causing all these issues. Especially if you use models with via chip. Much better ones are with rockchip models which are little expensive than with via chip. You can find your self good information on forums if you search with the term "apad with rockchip". Off course you definitely can't compare the quality with real iPad. It is like any other product which are made in china quality. People always buy china phones even after knowing they are not quality enough. Lot of very experienced sellers selling these items with out getting limitations to their accounts. I even directly called ebay customer support to verify how supportive are they to sell this apad. Even I ask them clearly since it is almost replica to iPad is it ok to sell over ebay. They said they don't mind as long as you don't use iPad term in your listing.
The other reason what I found recently with paypal limitations is, if you use your paypal account for both buying apads and selling them aswell, they are limiting that account. This is not exposed any where directly. I found in hardest way by verifying lot of similar experiences of my friends and some other events which I found in forums including myself.
