im trying to sell a fashion forum with about 100 uniques a day but i dont want to pay any upfront fee just a seller fee like ebay.

i been a member there for years but i dont think i have 25 posts...
do people on the dp forums pay Hundreds for domains and use escrow?

that just seems to easy to get screwed over there lol.

I think the most risk is being a buyer. Anyway, go over there and post as many posts as you need to get 25. Make sure they pay before you push.

If it's a truly valuable name, you can also try namepros. You can list your domain name for sale for free there also.

im selling the site with the year of hosting.
the name isnt super valuable but the traffic is easily monetizable... lots of fashion traffic.
