Anywhere else to make money writing?

I'm trying to make some start up capital and I've found the easiest way, for me, is getting paid to write articles. I've been writing on textbroker, I also have a few articles on Constant Content but their review staff annoys the hell out of me (I had an article rejected, after 3 or 4 days, because the reviewer felt a sentence could use another comma ) I'm looking into AC but it doesn't seem like the best option, I don't want to wait 2 weeks to get a few bucks.

Are there any other sites, preferably sites with low payout minimums and willing to use paypal, where I can make money writing?

I'm a US citizen with a tax id so thats not a problem.
