From what my friends told me, they are using Vultr and its decent, but at times the speed is quite slow. (They are looking to migrate out eventually)
While I do have a few droplets at Digital Ocean, it's speed is decent, but under heavy load or high simultaneous traffic, the cheaper packages (Under $30/month) can't handle it that well.

Azure give 200$ credit
After that Change it in pay as you go then use it normally
you can use it maximum till it ban
 
Chea plans are available from scalahosting.com and luxhosting.lu.
 
If you want to sacrifice quality, then look for an alternative.

I'm not even looking. Hetzner is peanuts, from there to Digital Ocean, Lunanode, etc...

I don't want OVH even if it was free.

stay away from kamatera, they are scammers, They resell some bad quality lowendtalks VPS at higher price. Once you send your money to kamatera you will never see it again, They never refund nor send you a good VPS, after 2 weeks they may give you a shitty VPS from a lowendtalk provider.


Btw I dont undrestand why are you suggesting that fraud website? They dont even listed "Dedicated servers".

But in starting they give 100$ free credit and kamatera is reseller of clubvps i think!
 
I’ve not found cheaper than hetzner, at least not from anyone as reputable.

I would suggest you look for better servers with great services than just cheap.

Great services give you peace of mind. I'm using @DamoHG - Hostgnome.com. Excellent host and very good support and they are pretty flexible. They do offer free trial for a limited time.
 
Yes, there are many hosting providers that offer cheaper solutions than Hetzner. Some popular alternatives include DigitalOcean, Vultr, and Linode.
