Hey I had a blog for 1 year and few months now, actually I failed monetizing it, so I decided to sell it, but flippa asking for 19 $
I have noway to pay the fees, my blog it PR1 and getting 150 UV/day so is there anyway to sell it or list it. and for how much it can be sold ?

I don't know exactly how to evaluate it

Try out your luck at DP. But it may not fetch you a reasonable amount as revenue seems to be nothing.
