Anyway To Revive Aged Adsense Account?

I have an adsense account that is more than 13 years old.
I recently just login for The First Time and saw this message: "Your adsense account was deactivated because it's inactive"

Does anybody knows how to re-activate an old adsense account?

You can reactivate it by adding a new site and getting it approved for adsense.

As seen in the image attached, unlike most accounts, I don't have any option to add in sites.

You can apply again and they'll look into it
