Anyway to restore HACKED IG account?

All related stuff in the account was deleted and the IG handle was created by the same hacker, thus emptying all photos and follower count. Anyone has experience in emailing Instagram and ask for account to be restored to its original state prior to deletion?

It's a common problem. Yeah, you have good chances to get your account back, because the hacker is not able to change your original registration e-mail.
If you still have access to your original e-mail, you can recover your account. Mail IG and say your acc was hacked. They will mail you all the information to its original reg e-mail.

Yeah, e-mail comes first to mind as well.

If you manage to get a reply from IG, I bet they can see the previously used IP's and confirm your claims. Never done this, though.

If you provided proofs that it was your account, they will get it back for sure.

you must have received an email ID, just undo the password change using the link.
