i have a lot of groups and pages the i'm admin
so is there anyway to post to all of them in one click?

There are some scripts if you search on google ( auto post at all groups with 1 click ) but for fan pages I don't know .

Looking for this too would be awesome. BUT I think the best was to do this is to use some macro.. If you use some app facebook will know and it will fkck up your reach.
