Anyway to make calls on your computer using your iphone?

Is there any way to make calls on a computer using your own mobile phone number to make the calls?

Im calling people a alot and picking up my phone constantly isn't convenient. If I could just make them on my computer using my mic/headphones through my phone that would be great!

Is there any way to do this on iphone? If not, are there any alternatives?

If you have an iphone and a mac connect the same icloud account. It work well.
