Anyway to check the backlinks ?

Dear,

I am using scrapebox link checker but it does not check the https url so do you have any tool which check the backlinks when I put the backlinks url and find my website link is present in it or not ?Thanks for helping :)

The scrapebox link checker is fully compliant with https.
are you using the one that is built into scrapebox or the free one?
 
No others tools better than ahrefs for backlinks especially for SEO. You will find a good tools, and open up your minds with ahrefs. Also, they have 7 days free trial, you should try it OP
