Anything like Xrumer but that doesn't do Captchas?

From what I understand Xrumer is the best for auto registration on sites that have captchas, I'm wondering if there is a software that can do similar things like auto register for a wide variety of forums and detect the capthca but that passes it to the user (so I could use something like decaptcher), figure this might be a cheaper software to try initially til I can afford xrumer.

I've done some of my own scripts for certain script types but its getting kind of old and I'm impatient so I want to get using something powerful soon, any advice is appreciated.
