I really need a tool similar to scrape box that either works on a iPad or is a iPad app. Is there anything like this?

You can connect the Ipad to a VPS and use it i guess.

Highly doubtful you'll ever find any spam tools in the app store. There are remote desktop apps galore that's probably the best solution you'll find.

Also, the bandwidth is just not there on an iPad that Scrapebox needs...

If Scrapebox runs best on a VPS/dedi it won't run any good on an iPad... Ask again in a couple years and there might something on the jailbreak/cydia appstore... maybe..

LOL, bandwidth is an ISP issue, not a hardware issue. There isn't enough memory or cpu power to run any automated multithreaded tools on the ipad.
