Does anyone use it? If so, can someone recommend how to make money with it? Yes, it requires making content unique but is it worth doing it?

IMO not really... you basically get paid the upfront and not much afterwards... however, if you outsource the content creation for like 2-3 bucks A pop then it gets accepted for 5-15 thats A profit!

However, I prefer to stick with Ads3nse for more income.

I guess it is not worth it. How about ezine....anything good with that? Do people put ads in their articles and really expect it to be clicked?

The best way to make money with AC is to use to to build up some money with it and then invest that in other areas. You have to have money to make money. This is what i am currently doing. I may be working for peanuts but if put in the right place the money i make will make me a lot more.

This is exactly how I started off... I thought that AC was the pinnacle of making money online. With some more searching I found BHW, and immediately invested my earnings in a lot... bigger things lol

.83 a month can't touch my earnings to date thanks to BHW rofl.

You get paid upfront if you are in the US. If you are elsewhere, your article submission will undergo more serious scrutiny. If I understand correctly, faking a US presence is difficult as you have to provide social security number (friends, please correct me if I got this part wrong). Many people hence find US residents (through craiglist etc) to share their US details and pay them 10-20% for their effort. of course all this is if you want immediate payment!
