Brother, I’ve heard that some big whales are already using their services. Since they’re Russian, there’s a strong chance they’re the actual supplier. They don’t have any public sign-up option either. When I contacted them on Yandex, they asked me a lot of detailed questions before even considering giving access. In the end, they completely ignored me. That pretty much confirms they only work with high-volume clients.
So yeah, it’s very likely they give access only to big whales
