I was looking for a forum dedicated to ebook production and marketing but couldn't find it nor could I find a recent thread talking about ebook writing.
Does anyone here actually write their own? Have you ever wrote an ebook on a topic that you are genuinely experienced at? For example, if you put together a recipe book because you are a good cook. Or, you wrote on the topic of bass fishing because you have been a fisherman all your life.
Would you mind sharing some of your successes and failures? I'm taking this route myself not for the money but believe it will bolster my professional outlook and making for some improved marketing, since I am already published in my expertise at the magazine and journal level.
