Anyone working with Newchic.com? There are scam allegations.

I'm thinking of working with Newchic affiliate soon. I did some research on youtube about this. I found out in some videos that this company does not pay. If anyone is currently working with the Newchic affiliate, I would appreciate it if they would comment on it. Thank you for your comments that will inform me about working with this company.
