Anyone worked with this plugin?

i have building a quiz website and using the plugin thrive quiz builder everything is perfect but i'm stuck in result page it only shows the result in number or percentage but i want to provide the complete detail to user at the end that how many question he attempted and which is correct and which is wrong do you have any idea how can i add this in result or is there any other plugin which provide this ? Please help .
