Anyone worked with italian brands distribution?

There's a high fashion website (italianbrandsdistribution) that claims to dropship authentic high fashion soft goods and I was wondering if anyone here has worked for them and can let me know if they are legit?
They are based out of italy and the only review sort of thing I could find about them is that they were accused of selling fake goods but it was verified that they were authentic.

Also would it be a bad idea to have a dropshipper outside of the US when 90% of the goods will be shipping to the US?
It's the only high fashion dropshipper I could find that doesn't require an outrageous membership fee.
