Anyone with SEO Biz outsourcing their work?

Anyone owns a SEO firm but outsource the actual work? I am just looking for a yes or no answer from someone generating a decent income from SEO work. I'm thinking of starting up something similar where I live (offering more than SEO, but the other stuff I can handle no prob and can easily be outsourced) but I only know the bone basics about doing SEO work. I am pretty confident that I can acquire 1-2 local clients within 6 months, but I want to be able to scale this if need be in the future.

One more semester of college and one more school loan, I mean start-up business loan, so I'm checking out whats feasible.

I don't look at outsourcing as a bad thing, I don't have the time to keep up on all the new SEO trends so I leave it to the experts.

I've never outsourced completely, though I have bought blog network posts for particularly stubborn sites. Alot of people outsource to Fiverr or, if you're making several hundred recurring per month, the BST here. Alot of people outsource to Fiverr though, most of my orders are from resell services.
