Anyone with experience automating threads.net?

Hi everyone,
I mostly use the official threads.net api provided by Meta. The problem is that the API doesn't offer replies for other threads nor thread research. Through experience, I have found that one of the best ways to get views is actually replying to threads.
Anyone know the level of security here? Will selenium (obfuscated) + 5G proxy do the trick or is it more problematic than that?
