I need your help. I wanted to ask what's the actual amount you need to invest in oreder to earn those big commisions.

What's digital altitude? Looks like a media buying guru blog. If it is i would say minimum $600. That's including a voluum subscription + vps. Heard others say at least $2000. Buying traffic != investment. Dont think of an actual amount to pay to turn a profit as it's different for every john doe who starts media buying.
