Anyone with a real Pheed.com Bot for Following/Unfollowing?

I need a proper bot for Pheed.com with the following features.

? Extract all Followers usernames from a particular username
? Follow a list of usernames, with a variable time delay between actions
? Avoid following usernames that were previously followed
? Unfollow all users, subject to avoiding unfollowing people on a white list

Anyone?
