I got more backlinks, I create unique content. I got the speed of the website to perfection.

I think you mean coaching. The guy just wants a second opinion from someone more experienced, not an ongoing coaching arrangement. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with this thread.

Get POP or surferseo or cora, get your on page right.
Check your competitors, do more of everything they are doing.
Check the back link profile of anyone beating you.
Build links of a quality which competes with your competitors.

That really is it.
