Baker, all info you need is here on this forum you just need use search function and find what you need.
1. For sure you need some articles related to niche you want promote.
2. You need doorway pages generator. There are at least few that are avaiable for free. Search for YACG or RSSGM. Should be enought for begining, but most BH I know are using their own doorway generators.
3. You should get dedicated hosting or at least VPS that you know will allow you to generate a lot of shitty doorway pages and park nice amount of domains.
4. You will need domains. There are pretty cheap .info domains (1.99$ at Godaddy).
5. After generating the doorway pages you need to make them indexed. You need to search for aboneded blogs, guestbooks, boards where you can leave your spammy links. Now it's all about a scale. You need a shitload of this crap so you need get/write a scripts that will automate this process. There is software named Xrumer, I found that many people are very satisfied with the results it gives, I didn't have a chance yet to test it.
