Anyone willing to exchange PERMANENT PR3-6 contextual backlinks?

I own a few 100% private blogs in separate C-Class IP:s in the following way:

1 PR6 blog
8 PR4 blogs
3 PR3 blogs

I would like to make a little exchange here so that you would get one article to as many of my sites as you wish (for example one article to each one of my blogs), as long as you are able to offer me the same from your websites. We can negotiate how many links to put into the articles.

I want my articles to stay PERMANENTLY on the home page of your website(s) and I am willing to offer you the same. This would be very good for us both in the long run.

My blogs are not full of links. They have actually only a few articles with some links on them and I have no plans of making them look spammy to big G, which I hope you are not doing either.

They can be in content I guess, but I'm not willing to keep a permanent article on my homepage(s).
