Anyone wants a full-time job doing SEO?

Hey,

I have an SEO company who is servicing several fortune 100 companies. We're shorthanded and need a new full-time project manager who is knowledgeable with SEO. I want to either hire the 'younger me' that I can easily teach, or a peer who can intelligently debate strategy with me (boss level). I've done stuff like bringing a brand new site to 100k visitors a month in 10 months, and added 1.6 million organic search visitors a month to a fortune 100 company's site in less than a year.

For the PM part, I need your English to be "accent-free" because you may have to talk to people outside the company. You should also have availability during Central Time (US).

For the SEO part, I'm willing to take a leap of faith. I believe that people who have been on this forum for a while are very passionate about internet marketing, but not everyone has an opportunity to do it for a living. I was in the same boat many years ago, and think BHW has helped me be 100x better than everyone I meet at real-world agencies.

If you also have a writing or computer science/web background on top of the above, it will give you technical leg up over others, but if you can prove raw passion it will go a long way.
